Panasonic PM Series U-shaped Micro Photoelectric Sensors Widely Used in Automation Assembly

Panasonic’s PM series amplifier-built-in U-shaped micro photoelectric sensors, covering PM-U24, PM-T54, PM-T45, PM-T44, PM-R24, PM-L45, PM-L25, PM-L24, PM-K54 and PM-K45, deliver reliable slot detection for compact automated equipment.

These ultra-miniature sensors adopt integrated amplifier design, supporting 5–24 VDC power supply and dual Light-ON / Dark-ON output modes. With high repeatability and fast response, they detect tiny opaque objects stably. The series includes legacy PM24/44/54 variants and upgraded PM45 models, offering diverse mounting configurations including L, T, K, U and R types to fit different mechanical layouts.

Featuring IP64 protection and built-in anti-short, reverse polarity protection circuits, the sensors withstand vibration and temperature fluctuation from -25℃ to +55℃. Certified with CE, RoHS and UL, they serve PCB handlers, packaging machinery, 3C automation and conveyor position detection.
