Azbil Expands Supply of SDC15 Single-Loop Controllers for Industrial Thermal Control

Azbil Corporation continues to deliver its well-known C15 series compact single-loop controllers, including C15SR0RA0000, C15MTV0TA0300, C15MTV0TA0100, C15MTV0RA0300, C15MTV0RA0100, C15MTR0TA0100 and C15MTR0TA00, widely adopted in packaging, plastic molding, heat treatment and automated machinery.

The 48×48 mm 1/8 DIN controllers adopt Ra-PID and Just-FiTTER algorithms, delivering stable closed-loop temperature control with ±0.5% FS accuracy. The portfolio covers socket-mount and panel-mount variants, with relay, voltage pulse and current output options to drive heaters and SSRs. Multi-range input supports thermocouples, Pt100 RTD and analog signals, while RS-485 communication enables seamless connection with PLC systems. Built-in auto-tuning, heater burnout detection and multi-event alarms simplify equipment maintenance.

Equipped with the Smart Loader Package for parameter backup and remote monitoring, the C15 family reduces commissioning time for machine builders.
